TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- One Business Credit equals $1NZD (including gst)
- All new accounts will commence on the 1st day of the month following sign on, from this date is when the 12-month spend target period begins.
- When you purchase products at J.A Russell Ltd and Radcliff Electrical you earn Business Credits, once you meet the spend threshold you are awarded the Business Credits over a 12 month period.
- The following is the Business credits earnt for each category
- Spend Targets:
1. $50K (Bronze) = 750 points
2. $100K (Silver) = Bronze + 750 points (1500 total)
3. $150K (Gold) = Silver + 1000 points (2500 total)
4. $250K+ (Platinum) = Gold + 2500 points (5000 total) - No Business Credits will be earned on project pricing
- Business Credits expire after 24 months
- Business Credits can only be used on service providers approved by Tradepartners
- We reserve the right at any time to change the required minimum spend and/or the number of Business Credits
awarded in respect of the minimum spend amount. In the unlikely event of such change, we will try and give you
reasonable notice of any such change. - All information collected through or in connection with Tradepartners is controlled, stored and held by the Seller or
its internet service provider(s) in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. - Once we receive your written request, you will be released at the end of the month in which the request was made.
